The Regy & Henry Amazing Grace Foundation (RHAGF), led by its National Coordinator, Dr. Duru Regina and her amazing team has successfully concluded a week-long Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) visit to several communities across the Federal Capital Territory, reaffirming its commitment to poverty reduction and grassroots empowerment.
The assessment exercise, which ran from February 16 to 20, 2026, focused on evaluating the impact of skill acquisition trainings conducted by the foundation in 2025.
Communities visited during the tour included Jabu, Kukwaba, Maitama Kúbwa, Utako, and Mabushi.
The RHAGF delegation was joined by representatives from partner organizations, as well as officials from the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, the National Mass Education Commission (NMEC), and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).
One of the major highlights of the exercise was the inspection of the Skill Acquisition Centre donated to the Kukwaba community by RHAGF in 2025. The facility, established to provide sustainable vocational training opportunities, is already serving as a hub for youth and women empowerment.
In Jabu community, the foundation presented a cash donation to seven-year-old Emmanuel, who emerged as the overall best trainee in tailoring during the May 2025 training program. His outstanding performance was celebrated as a symbol of the transformative impact of early skills development.
Royal Blessings and Community Appeals
The foundation’s team received warm receptions from traditional rulers in the various communities visited.
The Royal Fathers commended RHAGF for its humanitarian interventions and showered blessings on the organization for its dedication to uplifting the less privileged.
They also used the opportunity to passionately appeal for increased government presence, social amenities, and infrastructural support in their communities.
Beneficiaries of the 2025 skill acquisition program shared heartwarming testimonies, recounting how the training enabled them to establish small businesses and generate sustainable income.
Over 2,000 Empowered in 2025.
It will be recalled that RHAGF trained over 2,000 less-advantaged individuals under its 2025 empowerment program. Many beneficiaries are now economically active and self-reliant, contributing to household income and community development.
Nigerians note that the foundation’s efforts align with federal and international initiatives aimed at reducing poverty and promoting inclusive economic growth.
As RHAGF concludes its monitoring visit, the foundation reaffirmed its resolve to expand its empowerment initiatives and deepen partnerships that drive lasting social impact.
