A frontline aspirant for the Okehi/Adavi Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives, Hon. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke -AIA (PhD), has officially picked up her nomination forms to contest under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), pledging to deliver impactful and people-oriented representation.

The nomination forms were obtained on Thursday at the ADC National Headquarters in Abuja, marking a significant step in her bid to represent the people of Okehi/Adavi at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly in 2027.

Speaking to her mammoth supporters shortly after obtaining the forms, Hon. Adoke assured constituents of her commitment to inclusive governance, community development, industrialization, and effective representation if elected.

Widely known as AIA, the aspirant described her ambition as a mission to redefine representative democracy in Okehi/Adavi Federal Constituency through people-centered leadership and sustainable economic growth.
Running on the mantra, “AIA Vision 2027: Creating Wealth, Building Communities,” she promised to prioritize industrial development, job creation, and empowerment initiatives aimed at improving the standard of living across the constituency.
Okehi/Adavi House of Representatives Hopeful, Hon. Adoke also highlighted her leadership achievements during her seven-year tenure as Managing Director of Kogi Investment and Property Limited, where she was credited with reviving several moribund industries and driving investment opportunities within the state.
Earlier in her consultation, Political analysts in Okehi/Adavi described her entrance into the race as a major development in the constituency’s political landscape, especially as she seeks to become the first female representative of Okehi/Adavi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

She further assured constituents that her representation would provide a stronger voice for the people while setting a new standard for responsive and impactful leadership in the constituency.
Supporters and stakeholders present at the event expressed optimism that her candidacy would usher in a new era of development and inclusive governance for Okehi/Adavi Federal Constituency.
Hon. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke – AIA (PhD), having served on the Boards of Directors of several reputable organizations, she rose through the ranks to become a director in the Abuja civil service before her appointment as Managing Director/CEO of Kogi Investment and Property Limited (KIPL), a position in which she distinguished herself through an impressive track record. It is hoped that her entrance into the race could redefine the political narrative of Okehi/Adavi Federal Constituency beyond 2027.
