The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has congratulated the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Corps Members on the successful completion of their one-year mandatory national service, praising their dedication and contributions to national development.
In a statement issued by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the NYSC leadership described the outgoing corps members as resilient, disciplined, and patriotic, noting that their service had a meaningful impact across various communities in the country.
The DG emphasized that the passing-out ceremony is not only a milestone but also an opportunity to recognize the sacrifices and achievements of the corps members throughout their service year.
“You have demonstrated resilience, patriotism, discipline, and dedication. Your immense contributions have made a meaningful impact across the country,” the statement read.
As the corps members transition into the next phase of their lives, the NYSC urged them to uphold the values instilled during their service year and remain committed to personal growth and nation-building.
The scheme also expressed confidence in their future, wishing them success in all their endeavors while reminding them that they will always remain part of the NYSC family.
The message concluded with a reaffirmation of national unity and service, underscoring the enduring motto: “Nigeria is ours; Nigeria we serve.”
