A House of Representatives hopeful for Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency, Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke (AIA), has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the mother of the Kogi State ADC Women Leader, Hajiya Memunat Husseini Babamba.
The deceased passed away on April 19, 2026, leaving family members, political associates, and well-wishers in mourning.
In a condolence message made available to journalists, on Monday, 20 April, 2026,
Adoke described the loss as a painful one, not only for the immediate family but also the entire well-wishers of the Kogi ADC Women Leader
She noted that the role of a mother is irreplaceable, adding that such a loss carries a profound emotional impact on loved ones.
Adoke extended her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Women Leader and her family, praying for the peaceful repose of the departed soul.
She also called on God to grant the family strength, comfort, and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
