According to the advisory, widespread rainfall experienced across many parts of the country in June has left soils heavily saturated, significantly reducing their capacity to absorb additional rainwater. According to the company, the transmission line was restored to service at 7:05 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026, following the completion of repair and maintenance works by its engineers.
