…Free Artificial Limb Registration Opens; Deadline Set for April 15, 2026

By| Goodluck E.Adubazi | Abuja

A humanitarian initiative aimed at restoring mobility and hope to people living with limb loss has been launched in Edo State under the banner “Edo Project Limbs Freedom 2026.”

The project, organized by ISHK Tolaram in collaboration with the Reymas Family Foundation, has officially opened registration for individuals in need of free artificial limbs. According to the organizers, the registration process is currently ongoing and will close on April 15, 2026.

Speaking on the initiative, the convener of the project and representative of the Reymas Family Foundation emphasized that the program is designed to support persons who have lost limbs and cannot afford prosthetic replacements.

He noted that the project seeks not only to provide artificial limbs but also to restore dignity, independence, and opportunities for beneficiaries to lead productive lives.

The foundation also called on well-spirited individuals, philanthropists, corporate organizations, and development partners to support the initiative through donations and sponsorship.

Organizers said expanded support will enable the project to reach more beneficiaries across Edo State and potentially extend the humanitarian effort to other regions in the future.

Interested beneficiaries are encouraged to complete their registration before the April 15 deadline, as the organizers prepare for the next phase of the program.

The Edo Project Limbs Freedom 2026 is expected to make a significant impact in improving the quality of life for people living with limb loss in the state.
