Adavi /Okehi House of Representatives Hopeful, Hon. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke has called on the people of Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency to uphold faith in God and demonstrate patriotism to the fatherland as Muslims across the country celebrate Eid al-Adha.
Adoke said the season offers an opportunity for citizens to strengthen national unity and contribute meaningfully to societal development through peaceful coexistence and collective responsibility.
In her Eid message to constituents, Aisha noted that the significance of Eid al-Adha goes beyond celebration, stressing that the values of sacrifice, discipline, compassion, and obedience remain essential for national growth and stability.
According to her, Nigerians must continue to embrace mutual respect and tolerance in order to build a more united and progressive society.
She further urged Muslims to emulate the devotion and steadfastness of Prophet Ibrahim by extending acts of kindness and support to the less privileged during the festive period. Aisha emphasized the importance of caring for vulnerable members of society, describing compassion and generosity as key lessons of the season.
Speaking on recent developments surrounding the 21st May, 2026 Adavi/Okehi primary election, Aisha encouraged constituents to remain Calm, hopeful and resolute, assuring them that their efforts to fix Adavi/ Okehi together would not be in vain.
She also cautioned citizens against actions capable of threatening public peace and unity, urging them instead to promote dialogue, tolerance, and responsible conduct before, during, and after the celebrations.
Aisha Ibrahim Adoke, Adavi /Okehi House of Representatives Hopeful reaffirmed her commitment to sustaining efforts aimed at promoting patriotism, civic responsibility, and social harmony across Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency. She appealed to community leaders, religious groups, youths, and other stakeholders to continue supporting initiatives geared towards community development and active citizen participation.
While wishing Muslims a peaceful and rewarding Eid al-Adha celebration, she expressed optimism that the spirit of sacrifice and togetherness associated with the season would inspire residents to work collectively for a better and more prosperous constituency.
