Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke, a House of Representatives hopeful for Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful as they celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
In her message to constituents, Adoke described Eid-el-Fitr as a significant occasion that heralds the successful completion of Ramadan, a period devoted to fasting, prayer, and spiritual reflection.
She emphasized that the celebration serves as a reminder of the enduring values of sacrifice, discipline, and compassion cultivated during the fasting period.
She urged residents of Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency to sustain these virtues beyond the festive season.
Adoke further called for unity, tolerance, and collective commitment to progress, stressing the need for citizens to work together in building a better and more prosperous constituency.
“As we celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Fitr, let us embrace the values learned during Ramadan and remain committed to moving Adavi/Okehi forward together,” she said.
She also offered prayers for peace, joy, and fulfillment among the people, expressing hope for a renewed sense of purpose and development in the constituency.
“May Allah accept our fasting and prayers and grant us our heart’s desires as we contribute to a new Adavi/Okehi,” the statement added.
