In Adavi/Okehi, Kogi State, there’s one candidate that stands to redefined its developmental stride (AIA)

In an election season dominated by promises, one candidate is drawing attention for a record many voters say already speaks for itself. Hajia Aisha Ibrahim Adoke (AIA), an engineer and development-focused leader, is positioning her candidacy for the Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency on a single message: results over rhetoric.

Supporters describe her not just as a candidate, but as “a proud daughter of the land” whose professional journey has consistently translated vision into action.
AIA Track Record Rooted in Economic Revival

Before her appointment in 2017 as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kogi State Investment and Property Limited, Hajia Aisha Ibrahim Adoke inherited one of the state’s most challenging industrial setbacks—the moribund Confluence Fertilizer Company located at Agbeji in Dekina Local Government Area.

Established by the Federal Government in 2011 as a pilot project to produce affordable neem-based fertilizer for Nigerian farmers, the facility had stalled due to raw-material shortages and operational failures. Production had completely ceased.

Rather than abandon the project, Adoke led a comprehensive inspection and investment drive, engaging local investor and partners from kaduna state, including Imperium Industries Ltd (Agro-Allied), to chart a path toward revival.
Under her leadership, the project underwent a full restructuring, with plans for state-of-the-art equipment and new operational capacity. Production is now expected to resume by March 2026, marking a major turnaround for a facility once written off as unsalvageable.

The revival, according to local partners and investors was achieved through foreign investment attracted by Adoke’s reputation for accountability, technical expertise, and results-driven leadership.

Photographs from the inspection phase show Hajia Aisha Ibrahim Adoke alongside investors and technical partners on site—visual evidence, supporters say, of leadership that goes beyond paperwork.

Leadership Voters Say They Can Trust
Advocates argue that the same discipline, transparency, and development mindset she brought to public investment will define her representation if elected to the National Assembly.
“She has been tested. She has delivered. And she understands development from the ground up,” said a community leader in Adavi.

The Message to Voters
As the campaign gathers momentum, the message remains consistent:
Your Voice. Your Victory. Development You Can Trust.

For the good people of Adavi/Okehi, Hajia Aisha Ibrahim Adoke represents continuity of progress—a leader who has done it before and, they believe, can do it again.
Adavi/Okehi will rise again.
