The Youth Coordinator of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kogi State, Ismaila Haruna Dankogi, has paid glowing tribute to women leaders and members of the party across the state in celebration of International Women’s Day.

In a goodwill message released on Sunday Dankogi praised the dedication, resilience, and contributions of women within the party, describing them as a vital force driving the growth of the ADC and political development in Kogi State.

He specifically acknowledged prominent female figures in the party, including Maryam Ibrahim Salihu, Habibat Deen, Maryam Akpidi Yakubu, Billy Onusagba, Halima Shaibu, Nana Atiku, Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke – AIA, Oyiza Bello, Falodun Olufunke, and Agbanida, alongside other women leaders from the state level down to the ward structures.

According to the youth leader, the women of the party have demonstrated unwavering commitment and leadership, helping to strengthen the party’s presence across communities in Kogi State.
“As the Youth Coordinator, I am honored to celebrate your tireless efforts, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our great party and the state,” Dankogi said in the statement. “Your passion and resilience are truly inspiring, and I’m privileged to be part of this remarkable journey with you.”

He urged women in the party to continue pushing boundaries, breaking barriers, and inspiring the next generation of female leaders in politics.
Dankogi emphasized that women remain indispensable in political participation and party development, adding that their efforts are making a significant difference in the political landscape of Kogi State.

He concluded with a strong message highlighting the importance of women in governance and political engagement: “No women, no politics.”
