The true measure of a leader’s responsibility is impact and development.
Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke AIA is widely known for her commitment to development.
After several years of neglect and abandonment, the Kogi State Liaison Office in Kaduna has been fully revived and 90% completed, marking a major turnaround for a project once written off as moribund.

The office was among the projects inherited in 2017 by the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kogi Investment and Property Limited, Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke AIA, upon her assumption of office. At the time, the facility was in a severely dilapidated state and unfit for use.

Situated on approximately 9,000 hectares of land, the Kogi–Kaduna Liaison Office was originally conceived as a joint-venture development valued at several billions of naira. However, years of inactivity left the project abandoned and stalled.

Today, seven years later, the once-neglected project now wears a new look and is about 90% completion and ready to be hand over to the state for use, before the end of this year 2026, following its successful revival and completion under the leadership of Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke AIA.

Notably, the project was delivered on a joint venture agreement with a local real estate investor without imposing any financial burden on the Kogi State Government.

Observers have described the revival of the Kogi – Kaduna Liaison office as a testament to focused leadership, vision, and prudent management, reinforcing Hon. Dr. Aisha Ibrahim Adoke AIA’s reputation as a transformative leader committed to reviving dormant assets and driving sustainable development.

“AIA’s Leadership comes with responsibility, which is proven through impact and development.
